Our process begins when you submit the contact form with your desired visual package. From there, we’ll reach out to schedule an onboarding call where we’ll go over your needs, discuss ideas for the project, and work through all the details. If you decide to move forward, we’ll send over an invoice for the project, and once payment is received, we’ll begin production.

As the visuals near completion, we’ll schedule another call to walk you through the progress and make any revisions needed. Once you’re happy with the final product, we’ll export the visuals, convert them for live performance, and send everything over to you in an organized folder.

Our typical turnaround time is 1–2 weeks, depending on the size and scope of the project. Once we’ve discussed your project and finalized the details, we’ll provide an estimated delivery date before getting started. Larger or more involved projects may take a little longer, but we’ll always communicate the timeline with you upfront.

This has been and always will be a resounding NO! While we think artificial intelligence has its place, its place is not with us. We do not use it in our work because, simply put, if we did, it wouldn’t be “our” work now, would it? Rest assured, no slop here. (Please ignore any and all spelling or grammar errors on this site.)

We do, for an additional fee depending on the scope of the project. If you come to us the day of the show, there’s only so much we can do, so try to get in early. That being said, 3–4 days out is typically manageable, but we’d prefer if you gave us as much time as possible within our work window to make your visuals as dope as possible.

Not entirely sure how that would work, but no, we do not. We’ll work with you until you feel your vision has come to life, and we haven’t had to deal with any returns yet! That being said, sometimes you run into problems that don’t have an obvious solution. If you feel your needs have not been met, a refund may be issued depending on the circumstances.
