By working with Rough Wake Media House, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Creative Direction

All projects are created based on the information, references, assets, and creative direction provided by the client. While we’ll work with you to bring your vision to life, the final creative direction remains a collaborative process and may involve artistic interpretation from our team.

Client-Provided Materials

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any logos, artwork, photographs, fonts, music, trademarks, or other materials you provide to us. Rough Wake Media House is not responsible for copyright or licensing issues involving materials supplied by the client.

Revisions

Revisions are included according to the package purchased. Revisions are intended to refine the agreed-upon concept and do not include completely restarting a project or changing the original creative direction. Additional revisions or significant changes may require an additional fee.

Turnaround Times

Our standard turnaround time is approximately 1–2 weeks, depending on the scope of the project. Expedited projects may be available for an additional fee. Turnaround times begin once all required materials, information, and project details have been received.

Performance & Technical Compatibility

We deliver visuals in the formats and specifications outlined in your package. While we make every effort to ensure files are properly prepared for live use, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every media server, LED processor, projector, screen, playback system, or venue setup.

We recommend testing all visuals on your intended playback system before a performance.

Client Approval

Once a client approves a final visual or project, subsequent changes may be considered a new revision or additional project and may be subject to additional fees.

Project Delays

Delays caused by missing assets, late feedback, changes in direction, or other client-side delays may affect the original delivery timeline.

Refunds & Cancellations

Because our work is custom-made for each client, refunds are not guaranteed once production has begun. If a project cannot reasonably be completed or the agreed-upon deliverables cannot be provided, we will work with the client to determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

Portfolio Use

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, Rough Wake Media House reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website, social media, promotional materials, and other examples of our work.

Generative AI Usage

We do not use generative AI to create the visual work we deliver to clients. Our work is created by our team using our own creative process, software, and production techniques.

Changes to These Terms

Rough Wake Media House reserves the right to update these disclaimers as our services and business practices evolve. Any terms specific to an individual project will be communicated and agreed upon before production begins.
